Facilitate Revenue Collections for Landlord

 

Metering includes the following as per A,B,C, above

• Determine the quantities consumed by each consumer PER ELECTRICAL CONSUMPTION

• Process accurate charges of each consumer’s usage, as required by NERSA.

• Ensure the correctness of the metering of consumption.

• Detect and technically rectify any inaccurate measurements.

• Verify and confirm an accurate Supply Authority Account before payment.

• Ensure that the correct tariff structure is applied by the Supply Authority.

• Apply real time adjustments to Utility Services Tariffs as regularly introduced by local authorities.

• Perform regular technical audits on the metering installation of properties.

• Perform specific Energy Management & Saving exercises for the Landlord quarterly

• Ensure 100% recovery of utility services.

• Attend to all landlord & tenants electricity queries.

• Electricity Tariff consumption is charged using standard tariffs determined by the various governing bodies.

• Electricity consumption can be determined according to metered information OR as a calculated division determined by legal agreement between Landlords and Tenants, e.g. general usage areas.

• Customer service and technical support

• A single property account may have many consumers/tenants and will be recorded separately.

 

LED Projects TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCE SPECIFICATIONS to optimize the practicality of Energy Management Systems and to offer remote switching capabilities for real-time energy management through electricity load control and/or pre determined water supply/flow control.

 

LED Projects will liaise with the landlord, managing agent and tenants to determine the needs and demands with regard to load control of electricity.

 

The main objective with regard to electricity will be to manage the combined consumption of the property, to not exceed the allocated kVA supplied by Eskom and/or the load value as agreed.

 

Business rules for each individual consumption entity will be presented, negotiated, formally agreed upon.

 

The suggested agreement for the Advanced Metering OR Load Control application, will be specific as per on site assessment and a separate agreement with the Owner / Managing Agent & Tenants respectively Utility option (c) in conjunction with the pre-determined requirements for load control & consumption savings for the property as a whole.
